ANDALUSIA DAY

Today we have celebrated  Andalusia day, the courtyard has been decorated and children have participated in the celebration playing the flute, reciting poems , reading  some texts about Andalusia...and they have eaten for breakfast mollete with oil olive.
It has been a fantastic celebration! Happy Andalusia day!

Hoy hemos celebrado el día de Andalucía, el patio ha sido decorado y los niños han participado en la celebración tocando la flauta, recitando poemas , leyendo algunos textos sobre Andalucía...y  han desayunado mollete con aceite de oliva.

¡Ha sido una fantástica celebración! ¡Feliz día de Andalucía!

FRIDAY, THE 30th, " PEACE DAY"

Today we have celebrated "Peace Day". Children have done drawings and a big poster , then all together have sung "Corazón con cremallera".
We must open our heart to good things and close it to bad things like war.


Hoy hemos celebrado "El día de la paz". Los niños han hecho dibujos y un gran poster, luego todos juntos han cantado "Corazón con cremallera".
Debemos abrir nuestro corazón a las buenas cosas y cerrarlo a las cosas malas como la guerra.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR"

Like every year, children have done some arts and crafts for celebrating Christmas: Santa Claus, the nativity scene, Christmas cards and... drawings.

The day before Christmas holidays, friday the 19 th, the three wise men visited our school and children sang Christmas carols.

It was a fantastic day and children were very happy because they gave to the three wise men their letters where they have written their wishes.

Como cada año, los niños han hecho algunas manualidades para celebrar la Navidad: Santa Claus, el portal de Belén, tarjetas de navidad y ...dibujos.

El día  antes de las vacaciones de Navidad, el viernes 19, los Reyes Magos visitaron el colegio y los niños cantaron villancicos.

Fue un día fantástico y los niños estaban muy contentos porque les dieron  a los Reyes Magos sus cartas donde habían escritos sus deseos.

CELEBRATION OF SPANISH CONSTITUTION DAY - 5 TH OF DECEMBER

This year 4 th level pupils have done a performance about Constitution Day. They have enjoyed practising and this day has  been special for all of them.

Pupils from 6 th level have played the Spanish anthem with their  flutes.

And finally while the Spanish flag waved in our courtyard ,we listened the Spanish anthem.

Este año los niños de 4º curso han hecho una representación sobre el Día de la Constitución. Han disfrutado durante los ensayos y este día ha sido especial para todos ellos.

Los alumnos de 6º han tocado con sus flautas el himno de España.

Y finalmente la bandera española ha ondeado en nuestro patio mientras  escuchábamos el himno español.

25 th OF NOVEMBER - DAY FOR THE ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

Today we are all together because it is a special day: we commemorate the "Day for the elimination of violence against women".
Violence against  women and girls is one of the most widespread violations of human rights.
So we have a strong commitment:
- To respect women  and girls' rights.
- To end violence against women and girls.
- To have relationships full of respect, tolerance and solidarity.


Hoy estamos todos juntos aquí porque es un día especial: celebramos el "Día por la eliminación de la violencia contra las mujeres"
La violencia contra las mujeres y niñas es una de las más extendidas violaciones de los derechos humanos.
Por eso tenemos el firme compromiso de:
- Respetar los derechos de las mujeres y de las niñas.
- Terminar la violencia contra las mujeres y las niñas.
- Tener relaciones llenas de respeto, tolerancia y solidaridad.

MY GRANNY'S KITCHEN

Today our breakfast has been fantastic.

Grannys have made a lot of cakes and traditional desserts, the patio has been decorated and then, all together, have eaten these recipes.

The objective  is have a healthy diet and don't forget to include in it fruits.

And now, look at the decorations, the fantastic menu and the children having the special breakfast.

Hoy el desayuno ha sido fantástico.

Las abuelas han hecho un montón de pasteles y postres tradicionales, el patio ha sido decorado y luego ,todos juntos, hemos tomado estas recetas.

El objetivo es tener una dieta sana y no olvidar incluir en ésta frutas.

Y ahora, mirad los decorados, el fantástico menú y los niños tomando el desayuno especial.

HALLOWEEN

Today we have celebrated Halloween at school.
During this week, children have done some activities: masks, drawings, a ghost tower, ... and they have amused a lot. Do you recognised them?


Hoy hemos celebrado Halloween en el colegio.
Durante esta semana los niños han hecho algunas actividades: máscaras, dibujos, una torre del fantasma,... y se han divertido un montón.¿Los reconocéis?
